PhDs
Two doctoral education programmes exist :
Applications are open to French and foreign students who hold a Masters Degree or the equivalent of 5 years of university studies.
PhD students receive a salary during the three years of their studies.
Post-Master Degrees
The French "Mastères Spécialisés" correspond to a postgraduate diploma and is a pragmatic one-year specialised training course aimed at graduate students.
At CEMEF, it is administered by MINES ParisTech, with the Conférence des Grandes Ecoles label.
CEMEF offers two post-master degrees :
Lectures are delivered in English.
Internships
Each year, around thirty students, generally in their third year of engineering school or studying for a Master’s degree, undertake a paid internship at CEMEF lasting 3 to 6 months.
Master's degrees
The Physics and Materials Engineering and Mechanics and Numerical Modelisation (P3M) Master's degree is done in collaboration with the University of Nice-Sophia Antipolis (UNSA) and the Ecole des Mines de Paris.
